Mercedes Valdiviezo, 43, was one of the beneficiaries. She came looking for a pre-menopausal treatment and to buy the medicines she requires. “I think this is all right because the foundation provides help to others,” she said.

Similarly, Gloria Jimenez, 57, received help from the foundation. She suffers from cancer and was under treatment but at the present time she must be cured of herpes in order to continue in the battle against cancer. “You help those who really need it and that is appreciated,” said Gloria after receiving the financial aid.
