Foundation of Alvaro Noboa help kids with parainfluenza virus

Once more, the Foundation Cruzada Nueva Humanidad (FCNH), founded by Alvaro Noboa, mobilized to provide medical care to the people in need; this time in Guasmo Norte, at the Coopetarive 25 de Enero, where the Foundation community library # 2 used to work.

Led by the coordinator, Xavier Cornejo, the Foundation served the patients from 8:30 in the morning.

After 10 in the morning, doctor Jenny Arteaga, alongside with doctor Virginia Clavijo, served more than 40 people, most of them very old, who, according to doctor Arteaga, suffered from hypertension and diabetes.

Meanwhile, the children that were brought by their parents, almost 30, presented symptoms similar to parainfluenza, enteritis and dermatitis.

In this sector, the FCNH has received the continuos support of the coordinator Cristina Montero, 65 years old, who has led the social work of the San Francisco de Asis group for almost 30 years.

Montero started out her social work by herself, before joining the Foundation of Alvaro Noboa, back then in the eighties on october 24. At that time she was helped by Xavier Cornejo and later they contacted the Foundation and started to work together. Montero said that the labor of the foundation of Alvaro Noboa benefits all, because it provides medicines and medical care for free to everyone in need, and it continues to help people with limited resources.
